Twice Measured was founded by two directors who saw a persistent problem in commercial construction: specialist scopes being managed by people with no real accountability and no skin in the game.
We built a firm around the opposite. Every project is managed by a principal. We're responsive because that's what delivery requires, precise because the standard demands it, and accountable because our names are on every deliverable.

THE DIRECTORS
Loukas Korkotidis
Project Manager | Director
Loukas holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from UTS and built his career across some of Sydney's most complex commercial builds.
He progressed through John Holland, Lendlease and Laing O'Rourke, managing finishes and facade packages on some of Sydney's most significant builds. At Central Station Main Works, he was Construction Manager on Australia's biggest public transport project.
He co-founded Twice Measured to take direct ownership of his work and deliver that standard to clients at every scale.

Chris Deligianis
Chris holds a Bachelor of Psychology (First Class Honours) from WSU and spent several years building and running his own business from the ground up.
As a sole trader servicing premium residential clients across Sydney's Inner West, he built a repeat client base through reliable delivery, precise coordination and a refusal to cut corners. The same disciplines apply directly to commercial construction.
He co-founded Twice Measured to bring those same standards into commercial construction and build a firm worth being proud of.
